The vibrant posters offered by Imaginus are a welcome sight at Humber College’s bi-annual sale.

New students moving into residence swarm the cafeteria looking to decorate walls with movie posters, contemporary artwork, or witty motivational posters.

Harma Bhangu, a second-year student in H-Vac, said the visual appeal is why he keeps returning.

The two-day event had more than 200 posters available and with new ones added every year.

Nathan Anb, a secondyear in design foundations, said he is glad “the selection keeps changing for students looking for a wallpaper change.”

Despite the immediacy of online wallpapers, the quality and availability of these posters has made this event successful every year.

Chantelle Charles, a first year in occupational therapy, said she bought four posters last year for a family member.

The next poster sale is scheduled for October.
