Healthcare in Ontario faces more staff shortages, budget cuts

Ontario needs 26,000 more registered nurses to match national staffing levels, as the province grapples with the worst nurse-to-population ratio in Canada. The crisis affects five million Ontarians without primary care, but upcoming changes in July 2024 will expand nurses' roles and testing capabilities.

If you have a multiple-choice test fast approaching and the anxiety of having one is starting to get to you, look out on Friday at 11 a.m. for a learning skills workshop that will give tips and tricks for your next multiple-choice test.

Having trouble concentrating during your test or struggling to remember what you studied before the test? Make sure not to miss out on the next Learning Skills Workshop being hosted on Dec. 9.
